Unexpected heavy rains between January and May this year, killed several citizens and destroyed property. It is against this background that Caritas Kigali is urging support for disaster victims to be re-integrated back to their normal life since the initial intervention efforts didn’t help them that much.

Father Twizeyumuremyi Donatien Said that “Caritas Kigali in his primary mission to assist people in need, mindful of the state of emergency in which are the victims of the disasters resulting from the torrential rains of March, April and May 2018 in Rwanda”.

Caritas Kigali Also is developing the present short note to send it to any interested donor for possible intervention in favor of the victims’ families.
